Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post or Startrack Express for all our deliveries within Australia.

Shipping outside Australia
Contact us on 1300 554 825 for a quote on freight.

Processing/ Delivery times
Orders received will be despatched the following business day. All orders are despatched from our Rowville (VIC) warehouse. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Pick up
Orders can be picked up from our Rowville warehouse with prior arrangement. Please make a note in the comments section of the checkout process if you wish to pick up.

Return & Refund Policy

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

Change of Mind
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you have satisfactory proof of purchase, Donvac may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the goods:

  • is in saleable condition
  • is unused with all original, packaging
  • the exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 30 calendar days)

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Donvac at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind. In such cases, we may provide you in its absolute discretion, an exchange to the current value of your purchase.

Consumer Guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy a defined timeframe.

However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).

Where you believe an item is faulty, you need to contact Donvac immediately. It may be necessary for us to assess the goods and make suitable arrangements to repair the goods. (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Donvac will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Donvac will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
